What is ReMade
It is the environmental product certification under accreditation, owned by the ReMade Foundation, which allows a company to declare the content of recycled material and by-products, expressed as a percentage, within a material, semi-finished or finished product of any type, even composed of different materials and belonging to any supply chain.
TRACEABILITY PLAN
The certification scheme requires the Company to prepare a traceability plan for materials and flows within the production process, continuous 1 supplier control, and the classification of incoming materials.
Maximum transparency regarding the relevant documentation for each element to prove the correctness of the steps and the care in the process.
All the requirements to obtain the certification are contained in the ReMade Technical Standards.

The certification scheme was developed within an open, independent, non-profit and legally recognised organisation.

It means that the entire certification scheme is under the control of Accredia, the single accreditation body for certification bodies (or other body signatory to the applicable mutual recognition agreements - EA/IAF/ILAC), an institutional entity that checks the professionalism, competence and specific training of the bodies and auditors performing the audits.
